The only way to avoid the 0.20% transaction fee is to sell through an entity and merchant account registered in a country where Shopify Payments is supported (US, UK, EU).
Adding your Turkish tax ID (VKN) to Shopify billing removes Irish VAT; however, as an import of services, 20% KDV must be self-assessed via KDV Form No. 2. It is generally deducted on Form No. 1, but it affects cash flow.
